Function
An NAD-dependent ADP-ribosyltransferase (ADPRT). Catalyzes the transfer of the ADP ribosyl moiety of oxidized NAD (NAD(+)) onto eukaryotic elongation factor 2 (eEF-2) thus arresting protein synthesis.
