Function
Receptor on natural killer (NK) cells for HLA-C alleles (HLA-Cw1, HLA-Cw3 and HLA-Cw7). Inhibits the activity of NK cells thus preventing cell lysis.
Biological Context
Subcellular Location: Cell membrane (Single-pass type I membrane protein)
Product Specifications
Recombinant Human Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 2DL3 (KIR2DL3), partial (Active) is a recombinant protein from Homo sapiens (Human), expressed in Mammalian cell, covering amino acids 22-245aa, with C-terminal 10xHis-tagged tag, molecular weight 25.9 kDa, purity Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.Greater than 90% as determined by SEC-HPLC.. Suitable for ELISA and Western Blot applications.
Recommended applications depend on the target, product format, and product-specific validation data. Refer to the product datasheet or Certificate of Analysis (CoA), or contact BioCrest Sci for application guidance.
Biological Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human HAVCR1 at 2 μg/mL can bind Anti-HAVCR1 recombinant antibody . The EC50 is 3.952-4.750 ng/mL.;HAVCR1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody captured on Protein A Chip can bind Recombinant Human HAVCR1 with an affinity constant of 0.245 nM as detected by MetaSPR Assay (WeSPRTM 200).
